This unique comprehensive yoga program is guaranteed to inspire yoga teachers, aspiring yoga teachers, and yoga practitioners all over.   While Ambria has taught beginners and advanced practitioners, it is recommended that students have at least 3 – 6 months regular practice of Yoga before considering a Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Notes :

  • For those wishing to join us in India or Ireland a valid passport and Tourist Visa are required for entrance into these countries
  • In Ireland, students will experience the lucky lush landscape & culture, visit local markets, taste local cuisine, see landmarks on nature walks, and much more.
  • Ambria invites some incredible Yogis as guest teachers. Past Guest teachers include the incredible Tao Porchon Lynch, Agustin Agureberry, Yoshio Hama, and West Coast Dynamic Duo Dice & Briohny.
  • In Kerala, students will visit experience field trips to local temples, markets, and backwater tours. Also students will experience local cuisine, cultural dance, martial arts, and entertainment
  • In Dharmshala, students will experience the serenity of himilayas, have nature walks, waterfall meditation, visit Dalai Lama's center, and experience the local culture of Tibetan Monks.

  • Sunrise Meditation : 6:30am - 7:00am
  • Chanting, Pranayama : 7:00am - 7:30 am
  • Yoga Asana : 7:30am - 9:00 am
  • Breakfast : 9:30am - 10:am
  • Adjustment / Teaching : 10:00am - 12:30
  • Lunch : 12:30pm - 1:30pm
  • Lecture  : 2:00pm - 5:00 pm
  • Dinner : 6:00pm
